  • the Inland Revenue, Financial Investigations Unit (under the new AML/CFT laws), the entity’s Board and Senior Management, and any other third-party/parties as per your request, in order to perform accounting, tax, auditing, and other related services.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide the information we requested, we’ll be unable to provide some or all of the specified services.

We keep your information safe by storing it in secure files and only allowing certain staff to access it.

We keep your information for seven years as required by the Inland Revenue at which point we destroy it by securely erasing all digital data and securely destroying paper copies.
